Registration fees

The registration fee for participants to Odysseus 2021 is:

• 950 CAD (for early registration – until March 4, 2022)
• 1100 CAD (for late registration – from March 5, 2022)

and includes:

• Welcome reception
• Conference bag and attendance to the scientific program 
• Lunches and coffee breaks
• Gala dinner
• Excursion

For PhD students registered in a Morrocan institution, the registration fee is exceptionally fixed to 3000MAD. Please contact odysseus2021@cirrelt.ca for more information.

The registration fee for accompanying guests is:

• 350 CAD (for early registration – until March 4, 2022)
• 400 CAD (for late registration – from March 5, 2022)

and includes:

• Welcome reception
• Gala dinner
• Excursion

Registration Policies, Cancellations  & Refunds

Please note that each participant is limited to one presentation. Furthermore, in order to be included in the final program, at least one of the authors must register to the workshop before the early registration deadline.

All cancellations must be sent in writing an email to odysseus2021@cirrelt.ca 

Full refunds less a 75CAD cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received before March 15, 2022. After this date you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.

Refunds will be processed in the following ways:

• For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
